Downsbrook School

Downsbrook Middle School has a long and proud history dating from 1910 when the school was first opened. Celebrating their centenary this year the school also saw the official opening of their new playground WC’s.

Bushboard Washrooms Kids Stuff cubicles along with Ready Plumbed semi-recessed vanity units were chosen for the refurbishment which was carried out by Bushboard’s Preferred Installer, Corniche Builders. Corniche have installed Bushboard products for a number of years and pride themselves on offering a professional service.

North Staffordshire Hospital

Bushboard Washroom Systems Healthcare Ready Plumbed Units have recently been installed in the Clinical Education Centre (CEC) at the University Hospital of North Staffordshire in Stoke on Trent.

The 16 week refurbishment was completed 2 weeks ahead of schedule by local contractors SCC Developments, a Bushboard Preferred Installer. Mark Newman, SCC’s Commercial Director commented, “The Bushboard RPM units definitely helped us to complete the project early, they offer real advantages over traditional timber frame and panelling systems particularly because the RPM units are delivered ready to install and are very simple to fit”.

Weetabix Refurbishment

Weetabix, the leading breakfast cereals manufacturer have just completed a major refurbishment of several washroom areas and chose Bushboard Washroom Systems Quadro cubicle range for the project. .

The refurbishment, which was overseen by Project Engineer Ron Johnson is part of a drive to help improve energy efficiency. Mr Johnson explained, “Refurbishing the washrooms has meant we are able to introduce timed lights and automatic taps as well as benefitting from the stylish Quadro cubicle range and semi recessed vanities.”

Cherry Burton School

Cherry Burton School in Beverley was built in the early 1960’s and has grown steadily over the years. With 187 pupils and new admissions the school needed to update their washrooms and gain more cloakroom space in preparation for last September’s intake.

Bushboard’s Tiny Stuff cubicles, designed specifically for pre-school and infant children, were chosen for the refurbishment. Beverley Rowley, Business Manager for the school commented, “We liked the Bushboard product range because it offered flexibility and a child friendly range of products".

Feltham Community College

Bushboard’s HiZone cubicle system has recently been specified for a major refurbishment at Feltham Community College. FCC is a specialist sports college that offers a wide range of courses to around 1200 students aged 11-18.

The school’s “toilet” committee of pupils requested individual cubicles and no urinals for their new washrooms making HiZone the perfect choice because it is a floor to ceiling cubicle range offering privacy.

Sevenoaks School

Sevenoaks School in Kent is a coeducational day and boarding school that was founded in 1432 and has an outstanding reputation.

Having used Bushboard Washrooms on a previous refurbishment, Alan Pople, Estates Manager for Sevenoaks decided to specify the leading washroom supplier again, this time choosing the popular Quadro cubicle range as well as the Bushboard range of Protec lockers and benches for a refurbishment of the Swanzy Building.

University College London

University College London (UCL) has previously had a number of areas fitted with Bushboard Washrooms' cubicles and Ready Plumbed Modules (RPM). Impressed with what had previously been installed, Gregg Higgs, UCL's Maintenance Surveyor specified Bushboard Washroom's Quadro System and RPM with hinged lockable panels for easy access, for further areas within the University.
