Box units are manufactured exclusively from high density Solid Grade Laminate (SGL). SGL is impervious to water, impact resistant and does not require PVC edging making it less susceptible to damage and therefore ideal for the demands of healthcare environments. The box return panels are recessed into easy clean, robust aluminium corner extrusions which flush fit helps minimize areas where bacteria can multiply.

Access panels are available in High Pressure Laminate (HPL) or SGL and the rigid aluminium frame and joggle clips design helps ensure that they fit tightly together minimizing horizontal gaps. Non intrusive dowels are used to deliver accurate vertical panel alignment whilst eliminating the need to drill the panel lipping and in the case of HPL expose panel edges to water ingress - a potential breeding ground for bacteria.
