Developed in partnership with Dart Valley Systems, Ready Plumbed Modules for safe ensuites combine a dedicated range of high or low security sanitaryware with the Bushboard rigid aluminium frame and panel system.

The result is a range of ready plumbed solutions that are manufactured to the highest quality and are fast and simple to install.

Panels are manufactured exclusively from high density Solid Grade Laminate (SG), a strong, impact resistant material this is robust, durable and water resistant, whilst the pre-built rigid frame is manufactured from extruded aluminium.

The frame has been specifically designed to incorporate hinged panels, an option that makes for easier manual handling and meets the increasing demand for easy access to routine maintenance. Also panels do not need to be completely removed to access pipework which eliminates the risk of damage due to water ingress from potentially wet floors. Optional locks are also ideal for areas where security is paramount.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee protection against those intent on self harm, but consider the designs and precautions taken are to a high standard and in some areas outstanding, thus reducing the risks significantly.

Sanitaryware:
Our range of high and low secuirty sanitaryware offers the option of floor mounted or panel mounted WC's with sensor flush options that are both vandal proof and virtually ligature free.

High Security Sanitaryware
Unlike conventional sanitaryware, the structure of safe ensuite products is virtually indestructible. An attractive alternative tp stainless steel, this high impact resistant sanitaryware is manufactured from anti-shatter moulded resin.

Finished with sanitaryware grade gel coated finish giving high chemical resistance, WC and washbasin are of a unique and unrivalled design that is hygienic and attractive to look at.

Low Security Sanitaryware:
As an alternative, the Twyford Spectrum and Avalon Rimless pan are used as part of the low risk ensuite.

As well as floor to ceiling units, half height Ready Plumbed Modules are available with sloping lids, designed specifically for low and high risk areas.
