Located in the village of Leverington, in the heart of the Fens, Leverington Sports and Social Club has been a friendly, family-orientated membership club for over 75 years. The club is home to four senior football teams, numerous junior teams, two ladies’ darts teams, and a crib team, making it a key hub for community sport and leisure activities.
To modernise its sports changing rooms and meet current FA regulations, the club commissioned Foster Building Services Ltd to complete a full leisure refurbishment and extension of the changing rooms and toilets. The works included a complete strip-out, building extension, and upgrades to landscaping, all while ensuring the club could continue operating both its sports and social functions.

Martin Rayner, Construction Director at FBS, identified the Quadro cubicle range as the most suitable solution for the sports changing rooms, with the choice reviewed and approved by both the client and architect. The Quadro range features quadrant foot and headrail details, providing a strong, sturdy frame. Manufactured from Solid Grade Laminate, the cubicles were specified for both the toilet and shower areas, creating a consistent and durable solution. The final installation delivers a long-lasting changing room solution, perfectly suited to high-traffic leisure facilities.
Practical Changing Room Benches for High-Traffic Leisure Facilities
To maximise seating space and storage for belongings, Bushboard’s Solid Grade Laminate perimeter benching with matching coat hooks rails was supplied in Oak laminate. The perimeter design keeps floor space clear for access to the toilet and shower cubicles. Manufactured with powder-coated steel tubular legs, adjustable nylon feet, and hidden floor fixings, the benches deliver a seamless, durable finish that is easy to clean and maintain, perfect for busy sports changing rooms.

The client and architect chose Ocean Green cubicles from Bushboard’s standard laminate colour range, paired with Oak laminate benches, creating a bright, practical, and modern changing room environment.
