Mental health units specified for Guernsey's new Mental Health and Wellbeing Centre
Extension to the island's Princess Elizabeth Hospital chooses Bushboard's mental health units throughout with specialised high risk sanitaryware provided by DVS.
Guernsey’s new £24m Mental Health and Wellbeing Centre is situated alongside the Princess Elizabeth Hospital and will relocate all mental health services on the island under one roof.
Bushboard Washroom's mental healthcare high risk boxed out units, duct panels and pre-plumbed were specified in patient rooms. We worked closely with our partners DVS on the high risk sanitaryware and brassware making sure this was fully compliant. This was specified throughout the patient rooms, utility rooms and corridors.
Not only are Bushboard's mental health units HBN 00-10 Part C compliant, promoting infection control; they are built fit for purpose, ensuring robustness and safety is at the forefront of every design.
Made from Solid Grade Laminate, all Bushboard's mental health units are strong, durable, totally impact resistant and totally impervious to liquid.
