A toilet pan length of 520-550mm for ambulant and semi-ambulant use is recommended, with a single toilet height of 475-480 for adult users. Sensor operated flushes are desirablable and positioned carefully to not cause unintentional flushing.
In a disabled toilet, the toilet seat should contrast visually with the background wall and floor finishes against which it is being viewed.
