Our Fast Track washroom range is a modular toilet cubicle system that can be delivered in as little as 48 hours. This makes it the ideal product for tight schedules when a washroom solution needs to be on site as soon as possible.
The Fast Track range consists of flat pack toilet cubicles, vanities and duct panels manufactured from Melamine Faced Chipboard (MFC) to standard dimensions. The range is a stylish, durable and economical washroom for dry areas. There are 6 laminate colours to choose from, and durable dark grey fixtures and fittings are included. Your order will arrive on site in boxes with all components clearly labelled, ready for a quick installation.
The flat pack toilet cubicles can come in 5 different configurations, meaning that most washroom designs can be achieved. The toilet cubicles are designed for panels to be cut down on site to suit your specific dimensions. These panels are hidden within continuous aluminium channels for a quick, clean finish without the fuss. Fourways Industrial ordered the quick delivery toilet cubicle packs and adapted the panels on site to suit their needs by creating toilet cubicle fronts.
The Fast Track Duct Panels come in 3 standard IPS panel packs, offering duct panel configurations for wash basins and WCs, urinals and plain panel styles. Packs include Melamine Faced Chipboard (MFC) panels and flashgaps, and are supplied with panel clips and screws.
Our flat pack vanity units are suitable for counter top style basins. The pack has flashgaps and underpanels in MFC. To ensure the vanity unit is fit for purpose the top is supplied in High Pressure Laminate (HPL). This material is moisture resistant, designed to withstand any accidental spills during handwashing.
Duct panels and vanity units should also be cut down on-site, and matching laminate lipping is provided to finish the edges. Appropriate timber framing must be supplied by the installer to suit the dimensions on-site.
