Stainless steel double bowl and drainer sink, 1800mm with single drainer
This double bowl sink with a single drainer (left-hand or right-hand) in stainless steel is turned down on all four edges and includes a wet area recess. It is also HTM and HBN compliant.
HBN recommends
Used for cleaning equipment, HBN 00-10 requires the clinical sink to have the following:
- Panel-mounted taps
- Separate manual control of hot and cold
- The option to use a sink with tap holes; only consider this when concealing pipework is impractical.
Taps will have long levers or be operated by wave-on-wave-off sensors to avoid contamination.
All services should be concealed/ducted when sealed safely in a boxed-out healthcare IPS unit or behind ducting.
The unit is really easy to clean, maximising infection control.
